What a pre-order is
A pre-order means you order before launch day. Launch day is 16 December 2026. Pre-orders opened on 22 September 2026. Stock is limited.

When you pay
We confirm on WhatsApp whether you pay in full or a deposit, before you pay anything.

If the launch date moves
We will tell you on WhatsApp if the launch date changes.

Cancelling before dispatch
To cancel before your order is sent, message us on WhatsApp. We will confirm what happens next.

Returns and faulty products
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order and we will sort it out.

Allergens and patch test
Contains nut-derived oils (sweet almond, shea). Do a patch test on a small area before first use. Stop if irritation occurs.
